CANCELLATIONS

HOSTEL POLICIES

 

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

• Check-In is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. In the case of running late, please email reception and inform about late arrival.

• Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. 

• Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund.

• Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms.

 

RECEPTION HOURS

• Reception is open from 10:30 AM until 6:00 PM.

 

CHILDREN UNDER 16 NOT ALLOWED

• Due to our facilities, we are unable to host the children under 16 years of age.

 

SMOKING

• We are a smoke-free Hostel. Please smoke outside, away from open windows, doors and other guests.

 

PAYMENT

• We accept Cash and Credit Card payment. The total balance of the reservation is due in full at the hostel upon the check-in.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In the case of a No Show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
